JOB DUTIES:
Designing and implementing user interfaces using Case Life Cycles, flows, flow actions, Sections, Harnesses, and Preparing Technical Design Documents. Code various PRPC activities, data transform, flows, assignments, flow actions and declare rules. Follow Pega Guardrails while implementing the applications. Debugging applications using PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard, performance testing using PAL tool. Create process flows, views in Pega Express, create access groups and access roles. Create Pega Decision Strategies in Pega NBAD 8.8 for complex business rules using proposition import. switch, set property, iteration, group by, filter, data import, decision tree, decision table, map value, aggregation and other components. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/Computer Information Systems/Engineering (Any)/Pharmacy or closely related field with Twenty-Four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or IT Analyst or Developer or Programmer or IT Engineer or closely related field. Employer also accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Information Systems /Engineering (Any)/Pharmacy, earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service plus Twenty-Four (24) months of progressive work experience in related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience of Twenty-Four (24) months using PEGA PRPC and Java is required. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites required.

JOB DUTIES:
Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments using GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, and Terraform for consistent, reliable deployments. Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Docker Swarm; implement multi-cluster orchestration and secure service mesh configurations. Migrate stateful applications and image registries (e.g., Harbor) across storage backends (Pure → NFS), ensuring zero-downtime and consistent volume claims via Helm and StatefulSets. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation across AWS, Azure, and on-prem hybrid environments. Monitor system health and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog; implemented alerting, autoscaling policies, and chaos engineering simulations. Integrate static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and software composition analysis (SCA) tools like Trivy, SonarQube, and Checkov into CI/CD pipelines for shift-left security. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to unanticipated Client sites throughout USA is required.

Manju Software Solutions Inc DBA Tru Cloud Technologies Inc’ Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Manju Software Solutions Inc DBA Tru Cloud Technologies Inc’ employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Manju Software Solutions Inc DBA Tru Cloud Technologies Inc.
Eligibility:
Current employees of Manju Software Solutions Inc DBA Tru Cloud Technologies Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. Incentives Offered:
